ran up Peavy straight to Norbuck park and did some loops to get in 2 trips each up the Buckner and tennis court hills. legs felt good this morning. not tired at all.

i counted cadence twice. it was 88 and 86 (same time as normal, headed back down Peavy at the end of the run), so i guess cadence is starting to pick back up
