It took a little bit to get my legs warmed up, since this was a panicked "I slept in" run out the door run, instead of being up about 40 minutes like usual. I planned to run with the group, but either hit snooze a bunch or set my alarm wrong so ran late, alone.

Surprised by the pace. I felt like I was running fast with a lot less effort than normal. I felt really good running in the cooler weather, but the back of my left knee felt really tight towards the 2nd half, so maybe that was slowing me down. The past two massages I've had, she's said my IT band was tight and recommended a roller. I'm planning to get one at lunch plus getting another massage next week. don't want it to turn into a problem.
