Starting fromt he house, I ran clockwise around the lake (so hilly trail section at the end). I think the HR spikes in the high 150's-160 were flukes. i didn't feel like i was going harder or breathing hard when i saw those readings. legs were a little tired from yesterday, but not abnormally tired. mainly my hamstrings felt tired even though it was my quads that were tired at teh end of the ride
