13 x 30 seconds at 5:45/mi (1:00 recovery). I was able to go back and forth on the recoveries and intervals with 5:46 pace and about 8:27/mi pace. It was a bit faster recovery then I normally would do with this workout but it is just easier to go back and forth by hitting a few buttons. I also did a 13th repeat because I accidentally hit the emergency stop button while doing a recovery so I had a little more and I was feeling good.
