Not an assigned workout but since I haven't done much lately, I wanted to do one. 7 x 0.25 miles with 0.25 mile recovery and then I finished with a half mile. All intervals at about 6:15 pace.
I just needed to get a good workout in. I haven't done one of these in a while and ran well. I started to tire a bit after the fourth one and needed a little more recovery but then hit a second wind and did well after that. I needed this.
