Lots of rain felt nice. I hate Vegas, so it's good to be back. Seems like the foot pains were related to my old around-town shoes, so i ditched them in LA. Foot is feeling better already.
Hating life this morning, and could use a 15 mile therapy run today, but i've got to get my miles up.
