Took Katie's advice and went for a bike ride today. Raining when i started, but rode down to the river anyway. Basically rode the Steel Bridge/Tacoma Bridge loop that I ran a couple weeks ago.
Felt good.
I'm not going to run until after i get back from Vegas/LA. Icing the foot and I'm going to get another pair of shoes. Asics trail because they feel so good, so i can run forest park, and they're inexpensive.
