3 x 1 mile at 6:31 pace (6:37, 6:27, 6:29)
2-mile cool down
Strong winds out of the northwest this morning, so I did all of the mile intervals running south and with the wind at my back, then did the half-mile recoveries running back north against the wind. This worked well, so I'll do this in the future when the wind is strong.
