Feeling a bit better overall. Diaphragm isn't as locked up but its tight and I could feel it tightening more as the run went on. Working on stretching it more and also on unlocking the ribs/intercostals closer to the shoulders.

Knees and shins are a bit cranky - knots in both the quads and shins though.

Things are definitely changing and mostly for the better....
