Notes

Right around 4 miles warm up and another 4 cool down. Laps around Harper college with a bit extra to/from track and with some light jogging during recoveries there is no doubt we did 8+ miles of easy running.

Managed to turn my ankle on cool down in the dark by stepping of the pathway...I blame Mikey as I was with him last time too. Didn't hurt as bad as last time so hopefully no swelling/pain. I really need to be more careful.
