Felt pretty terrible this morning...headache, sore throat, congested and coughing a lot. Called in sick and slept for about 12 hours total...felt much better after that and running seemed possible.
Decided to keep the streak alive and went with an easy 4...didn't feel bad at all but made sure to keep it easy.
