Haven't felt great for the last week, worsened a bit on Thursday. Felt ok after Friday's race but some coughing, etc. Sunday night's run got worse and probably ran myself into the ground after the race with the higher mileage....much worse on Monday and didn't work.
Perhaps allergies as it never came on like a full cold. Even days later it just stuck around as coughing and mucus.
