Alright - time to get things going again after a couple days off. Making some nice progress on releasing the diaphragm and low back even though sleeping in a bad bed at the in-laws hurt me for most of Sunday.

Not sure exactly whats going on right now but kinda felt like something in my belly was stuck to my diaphragm. I got it to release (or at least partially) and breathing was pretty good tonight - especially after my mid-way break. Today the diaphragm issue was entirely on on the left side but the right QL is still a bit cranky/tight - a vast improvement to where it was a week ago!

2x200 again...both a touch under 40 seconds. I'm liking this concept of staying in touch with my 5k pace. Now I just need to actually start training again.
