Notes

A very strong workout - I forget the specifics but I recall perhaps my best round of band shuffle ever, some solid single leg squats and the swiss ball hamstring/bridge work.

Of course I also did the ankle and calve work and might have included clams or leg lifts and planks. Its a bit fuzzy almost a week later.
