Good strength workout and seemed to help with the hip tightness oddly enough.

Side leg lifts (wipers), band shuffle, single leg squats, lunge matrix, Swiss ball hamstring and bridge, hip hitch/itb drill, planks, calves, ankles.

Upper body - shoulder, biceps, triceps, pushup, back
