Notes

A quick and to the point workout - quads (decline and standard), hamstrings and hips with ankle weights, some eccentric calves and a round of planks.

Pretty fatigued after today's run and took some extra will power to get this in as I had been sitting on the couch for awhile. Hoping this extra work keeps me on the my feet.
