ITB messed up...discomfort all day, lots of massaging and released a knot. Foam roller before running...after 1/2 mile or so it felt pretty good so I kept going. Low ITB, low outside quad, and below the knee on the outside of calf are all tender/sore (where ITB connects?).
Hopefully it heals up ok, i'm probably an idiot and should have taken it easy. Ice and rolling tonight
