8 miles to start..stomach way gassy. Followed that with the Magill drills which is easily a mile of running. Ended with a solid 3 around 7:20 pace
Warm night, but oddly I wasn't bothered much by it...86 when i started probably under 80 by the time i finished.
Left ITB felt uneasy at times tonight. 800N is finally re-paved!
