Notes

Ran home from work...went a longer route through Lincoln Park to avoid North beach and get a change of scenery. Looks to be exactly a 9 mile route from Chase Tower to home. I then included 4 strides of around 12ish seconds each with jogging between - that tacked on an extra half mile.

Hot tonight and I wasn't feeling quite right. Not really fatigued any more but its like I didn't have much muscular control, particularly in the glutes (lack of PT?)

I had off/on posterior tibialis aches on both legs...just above the ankles. The outer shins/peroneals were rather sore yesterday and still tender today which no doubt had a negative impact. All this strain/stress to the the lower legs/feet is from too much time on the sand. Its slowly fading but next time I'll think twice about 4 hours of Volleyball (at least until I'm fully recovered). Its frustrating that VB is impacting my training this week - hopefully the lower legs gain a lot of strength.
