Finally back to the PT / Core workout after 3 full days off...I noticed a pretty big muscular difference (lack of control and activation) during today's run.
With consistent core work I seem to have much better control and muscular awareness - especially in the glutes/hips.
A solid core day and the glutes responded very well - added some extra time and reps where I could.
I decided the lower leg work can't hurt at this point so I did calves (soleus and gastroc), ankle rotations with band, tibialis with band and a few standing as well.
Threw in a couple quick sets of eccentric quads.
