Meant to be a recovery day - pace wasn't slow but the lower mileage should do the trick.

A few minor things bugging me but overall feeling pretty decent after the bigger endurance weekend.

Had some pep in the legs so tossed in 2x200 at around 40 seconds each and 2x10 second hard strides (almost sprints).

Really need to get in some workouts soon but want to make sure I'm not going to spiral back into diaphragm hell.
