Psoas, piriformis and some back work did wonders. This was supposed to be a recovery run but I guess the tempo didn't really hit me too hard - I guess if I'm not fighting myself mechanically this pace becomes much much easier

Still some kinks but a huge difference overall...psoas perhaps the biggest culprit and a bit mad at myself for not noticing the warning signs.
