Not bad, sleep wasn't great and got out kinda late as naps got a little screwed up. The HR got all out of whack as it started picking up strides instead of heart it seems. Probably lots more fitness required to keep that 4th mile from slowing down so much but some uphill and wind compared to mile 3s downhill and some tailwind makes me feel like i'm slowly gaining.
