Bad night of sleep (Pepper failed me again!) and the little bug/allergy thing I have surely would have benefited from more sleep. However, didn't feel terrible on the run and perhaps countered a little bit by stopping food earlier (before 7:30). The HR was getting hard to control after the 2nd mile and can only assume that this was related to the sleep/sinus stuff.
