Notes

Slow pace tonight due to sluggish legs, but no ITB problems! Did a 1 mile warmup then stretched for a bit, which very likely helped the ITBs. Calves, shins and feet felt tight and still some occasional niggles around the knee. Lack of sleep and screwed up digestion during the day may have factored into the sluggishness as well.

Strides after - 4 x 15sec with jogging between for another 1/4 mile or so. 4 days in a row of running.
