Felt like a so-so run but after plotting turns out I went further and faster than I thought. Pace felt decent at times but really didn't think I had much of a turnover and thought I was slowing up due to the warm day.
Econolodge up 6th street, ohio to deming and back. Didn't drink at all today despite homecoming...just 1 beer at dinner.
