Long wondering run....just wanted to run for 2 hours. Kinda surprised by the pace as I felt pretty crappy for a good portion of the run.
The plotting was over 15.8, but it was kinda sloppy so calling it 15.7
Still dealing with drainage and mucus. Nice day.
