Noticeable ache after the race on Saturday, felt fine on Sunday aside from sore muscles elsewhere.
Some mild inner knee ache on Monday, presumably due to tight/sore VMO's - worked on massaging these and no sign of the ache today.
However, outer knees seemed a touch tight/achy first thing this morning. After working on the piriformis and gluteus (sitting on a ball) I almost immediately sensed a difference along with some referred pain/sensation down the hamstring, ITB and into outer calf.
Surprised at my level of soreness after the race - perhaps due to the lack of a recovery run. Planning on running tonight and hoping for no issues.
Peroneus Longus and shins are tight/tender
