Bike the Bend - a pretty casual pace but a nice workout given the distance. We had a decent stretch of 13-14mph which isn't super easy for a non-cyclist like me. My butt is not ready for this much time on a bike seat...I will be sore tomorrow!
Estimating about 3 hours of actual riding. This was mixed with several SAG stops, breakfast and some slow riding / stopped time due to narrow routes and intersection crossings.
