Joined Mike C for his tempo - the goal was to help pace him a bit. He didn't have much confidence but wanted to get around 6:40s for 6 miles. He ended up doing better - 6:31, 6:34, 6:43, 6:32, 6:38, 6:34.
A strong run for me, but not really much more than a mod/easy. I followed this up by hitting the track after a little break to hydrate and take on some fuel.
