Legs felt pretty good - likely as yesterday's strength workout wasn't too intense and I slept a lot.

Notice that my diaphragm seems to become more tense late in these longer runs and doesn't want to relax as much on the exhales - not surprising given that it's used to being tight/tonic and poorly recruited. With continued ab/core/back strengthening, more breathing practice and chest/rib release I'm hoping that breathing becomes even easier in the coming weeks...going to take some time though as my pecs are wickedly tight (and probably rather weak). My back is really liking the chest loosening and strength work....plus posture is slowly improving and easier to maintain.

Perhaps I'm finally getting down to some root causes and fixing them! Lots of effort ahead but nice to feel and see some positive changes occurring.
