Notes

Legs - lunges before run, myrtle routine, single leg squats, calves/peroneals, and eccentric hamstrings.

Trying to work on posture while at work...very hard to break my bad habits and my core feels weak/tired after a short time of keeping it straight/stable/strong. Something to work on I suppose especially as it also seems to activate the glutes a little.
