60F 86%H 56DP, on Sugarloaf Parkway, hill work with John Dobson, Scott Meckert and Greg Hartsfield. Didn't go that well. I was slow on the run which was ok, but I urinated some serious blood after I got to work. The headlamp worked out well. Had my mp3 player on, but left my earphones around my neck. I just forgot to put them in my ears. Didn't even notice until after the run.
