I was gonna get all happy with my interval times until I realized I forgot to turn my gps on, so everything is coming from the foot pod. 4 laps around the track in lane 7 is 1784 meters = 1.109 miles, I did 4 miles + whatever extra to bring myself back to the starting point, so 15 laps * 446 meters per lap / 1784 meters per mile = 4.16 miles and Garmin measured it 4.25, so I wasn't going as fast as published. Nice temperature/dew point combiination.
