Notes

With PTs, core, and upper-body lift. Arms and push-ups only as all the torque while supporting my body weight during foam-rolling has my right shoulder more aggravated than ever. Much more pain and suffering and may have to consult the medical experts on facebook to find out what I need to rub on it...

I would say rub some dirt on it then go get a massage from one of the local "docs".... be good as new on Monday. Getting old sucks!
