Notes

With leg/glute PTs, core, and upper-body lift (body weight only except for a couple of sets of tricep kickbacks). Legs not too sore and felt strong overall throughout each circuit. Plan to do more rolling today ahead of busy week in more not-so-ideal weather conditions.
