2:00 Minutes Bike

8:00 Minutes TM

10 Deadlifts

Six rounds with an extra 2:00 minutes on the bike for a cool-down. Alternated the TM deck between +1.5%, 0.0%, and -1.5%. WOD that all you bad-ass CrossFitters!
