Notes

With PTs and core.

Printed out four months of calendars and started to fill in some of the blanks with races and workouts. Have got in some good individual workouts the last two or three weeks, but to maximize results, want to make sure there is some continuity building towards D-A 2014. Been difficult with the recent weather and may get more challenging as the havoc it will cause on my work schedule plays out.
