Recovery Morning. Squats, hip flexor kicks and lunges after work yesterday. Wondering by bedtime if I'd over-cooked the quads. Responded very well to sleep. Started with stretching, extra core, and HS PT. Easy 12:00 minutes on the stationary bike. Wrapped with a 30:00 minute jog that went well from start to finish. 25 cents in a whole quarter.
