Temp 25 (18) Wind 6 mph.
Warm-Up / Cool-Down. Not been this chilly since last winter. Jog for about 15:00 minutes making a point to hit some hills. Take advantage of being near the track to get in my drill set, strides, and a few plyo jumps. Jog on back to the event site after blood is sufficiently flowing.
Another easy 15:00 minute cool down jog after race. Took time to change back into trainers and put on some pants.
