Some fast-turnover work in final prep for Saturday's 10K. 8 x 400 @ 3K/5K Effort w/ 200 Meter Jogs. Expect to be hitting somewhere between 0:75 and 0:90.

Not use to evening running, and did poor job of hydration. Started to feel it in #6. Some cramping coming on in #8, so backed it down a notch just under 200 meters into rep.
