Temp 70 Wind 3 mph. Humidity 94% Dew Point 68 degrees. Raining.

Its dark, its raining so I'm in old shoes, and I woke up with a headache. Other than that, the world is perfect. Workout plan is 8x200 w/ 200 jog intervals. Goal of McMillan pace. Target 0:42 with range of 0:40 - 0:44 being acceptable. (Is actaully 0:42 - 0:44, but I forgot to look it up again before I left and was thinking 0:42 is mid-point rather than low end.)

1) 0:44 - Held back some.

2) 0:43 - Closer.

3) 0:41 - Lost stride in turn and over-compensated to make up perceived lost time.

4) 0:42 - Hit it.

5) 0:40 - Thought I needed slight increase in effort to hit it again. Didn't.

6) 0:42 - May have it now.

7) 0:42 - Poor focus, but body has locked on.

8) 0:42 - Another for the road.

Jog intervals 1:02 - 1:05. Interesting perspective...could have done this workout at the Benton 5K and finished 2nd overall out of 36.
