Temp 30 Wind 2 mph.
Easy Hour-Plus. No soreness (yet?). Do have the typical mild inflammation in right leg that's become the norm post-hard efforts. Raced with a little inflammation yesterday. For last several years, have always taken 4-6 ibuprofen over a 48-hour period before every race. Have never inhaled the stuff like the masses, and last couple of races, its been extra hard on my GI system. Skipped it all together this week. GI system felt great yesterday.
Only expected to go out for about eight, but weather felt pleasant and was moving/feeling better every mile. Quarter, two dimes, two nickels, and eight pennies.
