Short Hill Repeats. 10 x 14-15 Seconds with 2:00 Minute Walk Recoveries. Pretty much spot on. Eight 0:14s and two 0.13s. Paces mid-6s. Full control except for one (#8). One of the 0.13s. Caught myself going too hard little past half way up.
