Temp 23 (15) Wind 7 mph.
Long Run. Air temp about 15° warmer and expecting SSE wind to feel more comfortable than yesterday's NNW. Not so. Old man joints never got loose. Luckily, muscles got warm, and had some pop. Moving smoothly enough to tap my original ambitions for the day.
Jog around town in the dark for 90:00 plus minutes. More time to break in the new trainers. Stop back at the house to change shoes, then up and down the street with surges and jog intervals. Finished with about 12:00 minutes of AT running at 7:48 average pace making two big loops around the neighborhood.
