Pressed for time at the gym so I turned this 4-mile E Pace run into a Progression run from E pace to M Pace. Left calf still tight, but not as painful after ultrasound and e-stim treatment at Dr. Jack's earlier in the day. I found that I was tensing-up on the mill and when I could focus on running relaxed, the calf felt looser and became less an issue...
