Treadmill

Notes

Yet another "pressed for time" treadmill run at the gym. Barely broke a sweat. Left calf still having an issue. For some reason when I'm on the treadmill I can't seem to relax. From the hips down everything tenses-up unless I really focus on relaxing which tends to feel harder than the actual running. When i am able to relax and when I run outside on the roads, my calf feels fine...
