Run felt good today. Miles 5 and six were a bt fast because I had to make a pit stop and them tried to catch-up to my teammates that I was running with without pushing too hard. Miles 13 and 14 were a bit slow because one of my teammates started having trouble with her hip, then she stopped to stretch it out and I ran the rest of the way on my own. I didn't have my normal "issues" with my "mental" and "physical" walls. I mean, I started to feel like I was draggin my feet at the end of 19 into the beginning of 20, then I picked-up the pace. I actually powered up Heartbreak Hill and passed a whole crapload of people. When I got to the top of Heartbreak I got a huge endorphin rush and was on my way. When i finished today I actually felt like I could have gone on to finish the marathon today. I even ran back to get my teammate and met her at the bottom of Heartbreak and ran her through to the finish...
