Great run this morning! I was joined by my friend and fellow @dailymile member @adamm9, it's always more fun to run with good people. We had a great conversation and barely even noticed the mileage clicking off. We held a good solid pace the whole way, and I introduced him to my friend Birch Brush Hill! LOL! Can't wait to get together with him for another run and maybe run a race or two with him this summer.
