Treadmill

Notes

Woke-up early at the station and jumped on the treadmill with the intention of running 5 miles at M pace. Just couldn't do it. I think I may not have been properly fueled. Didn't eat anything prior to tunning. Legs felt heavy. No matter what I did, I couldn't seem to increase my cadence/turnover. No matter how fast I set the treadmill, my legs just woulkdn't move. I struggled through 3 miles and called it quits rather than push myself and risk injury...
